Our office specializes in the area of personal injury law and litigation, representing victims of automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, unsafe premises, dangerous and defective products, professional malpractice, and other acts of negligence.  Our office is equally dedicated to providing compassionate legal representation to families who suffer the wrongful death of a loved one due to the negligence of another.  While we recognize that financial compensation can rarely redress a bodily injury, and can never replace a loved one, we can help bring closure to these difficult ordeals and help clients move forward with their lives.

In addition to our civil litigation practice, our firm concentrates in the area of criminal defense, representing clients on a wide array of minor offenses to major felonies.  As part of this practice, we also focus on representing individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI), which can now result in serious penalties for even the first time offender.  If accused of DUI, or any criminal offense, our office stands ready to vigorously defend your rights and privileges throughout the criminal justice system.
